The buyer may be:
A natural person of full age with full legal capacity residing within the European Union,
a natural person of full age conducting business activity and registered within the European Union,
a legal person or an organisation with its registered office in Poland or within the European Union
These terms and conditions constitute an integral part of the sales contract concluded with the buyer.
The prices listed in the store are gross prices (with VAT included).
The products available in our store are brand new and free from physical and legal defects.
Orders can be placed via interactive forms available on the store's website (shopping cart function).
In order to process the order, it is required to provide data that will allow verification of the buyer and recipient of the goods. The Store confirms acceptance of the order by sending a confirmation message with the goods ordered listed to the e-mail address provided when placing the order. If the buyer provides incomplete, incorrect or conflicting data when placing the order, the Store will contact the buyer in order to rectify this. By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have agreed to enter into a sales agreement for the ordered products.
For both parties, information regarding the purchased products given on the Store's website at the time of placing the order is binding, which applies in particular to: price, specification of the product, its features, parts of the set, date and method of delivery.
A placed order is verified. After verification, the Store sends confirmation of order acceptance and next stages of order processing to the e-mail address provided by the buyer. Confirmation of order acceptance is deemed as the Seller's declaration of the conclusion of a Sales Agreement, after which the Store confirms by e-mail its terms and conditions to the buyer.
Information available on the Store's website does not constitute an offer as defined in the provisions of the Civil Code. By placing an order, the buyer submits an offer of a purchase of a specific product.
The buyer can choose the following payment methods:
electronic payment via PayPal.
Shipping prices are specified in the order summary.
Payment for the goods and shipment in advance is required for all orders.
If the purchased products do not conform with the agreement, the buyer should inform the Store by email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the problem in detail.
The Store shall process the buyer's complaint within a maximum of 14 days after receiving a notification of non-conformity and presents the possible solutions to the problem.
Pursuant to the Act on Consumer Rights, the buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the order.
Withdrawal from the agreement shall be deemed valid if the buyer submits a declaration of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of the order delivery. The declaration can be sent by e-mail to email@example.com.
The buyer shall return the purchased products to the store at his/her own expense within 14 days after the submission of a declaration of withdrawal from the agreement (the postmark date shall be deemed decisive).
The store shall return the payment within 14 days after receiving the package with the products from the buyer.
The store shall use the same method of payment as used by the buyer to return the money. For payments made with a payment card, the refund shall be made to the card account or PayPal account.
The buyer shall bear all direct costs of returning the product, such as the costs of packaging, securing and shipping the product.
The store provides the following services by electronic means:
sending newsletters on a regular basis;
managing the buyer's account;
contact using the online form.
The buyer can cancel the above mentioned services at any time without incurring any additional costs by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Terms and Conditions shall be deemed effective starting from the day they are published on the Store's website.
The Terms and Conditions may be subject to change.
Amendments and modifications of the Terms and Conditions shall be published on the Store's website.
Information about changes to the Terms and Conditions shall be sent to the buyer's e-mail address indicated in the account settings.
Amendments and modifications to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective 14 days after the date of their publication in the manner specified in paragraph 3.
The Store shall deem that the buyer who maintains an account on the Store's website has accepted the changes to the Terms and Conditions, if he/she has not terminated the agreement by the end of the period indicated in paragraph 5.
For matters not covered by the provisions of these Terms and conditions, the relevant law in force where the store's owner is registered shall apply.
